Seen this on TV and now seen a link on some other forums. Quite shocking really, made my mum look quite shocked :p (I ride a 125cc bike).

(Don't know how long link will last, it's what I got from another forum..)

I tend to keep to the middle (by middle I mean the middle of the left lane, not the middle of the whole road) when driving but I do make sure to look what the driver of a car waiting to pull out is doing at any junctions so that if I need to stop then I will be ready for it. I don't really tend to need to think about it too much anymore.. I just naturally look and expect them to possibly pull out.

There is a difference between filtering and undertaking. Any biker who doesn't know the difference shouldn't be filtering ;) .

Equally most accidents with bikes happen with inexperienced bikers. So therefore they should target a campaign against these aswell. Teaching how to make yourself more visible, and never assume you can be seen.
The CBT is pathetically easy. When I first started riding to and from sixth form every day in September of last year it was actually SCARY the amount of things I nearly messed up on. I had naff all experience really, I didn't even know the highway code properly (this is NOT tested in the CBT, yet you can just go on the road anyway?). Theory test should be before CBT tbh, and that's coming from me who hasn't even done it yet!
