Thinking about a new build...

Get another HDD for OS, F2s are good storage drives, but are easily beaten by most HDDs when it comes to performance

F3, 500GB platter WD blacks or .12 are worth looking at if SSD is not an option
 
Nice build spec :) Yeah deffo go for a smaller/faster OS hdd and keep the F3 for storage as it will be the slowest link. The i7 is an easy overclock to 3.8ghz as well.

I'm more of an Asus fan myself motherboard wise although Gigabyte would come in a close second. I use the Asus P6T Deluxe and it will happily run the 920 @ 4ghz. You could go for a P6T instead and save yourself £60 towards another harddrive!

I use an Antec 1200 and its an excellent case, with the fans on medium its reasonably quiet and can still keep everything cool.

Corsair PSU's are excellent so keep with them, you could go for the 850w HERE for around the same money but its not modular, all the cables can easily be hidden behind the motherboard on the 1200 anyway but it gives you scope for future upgrades like a 2nd GPU.

Some food for thought anyways :)
 
Bare in mind that 12GB of RAM (running at it's rated speed) will probably restrict how much you can OC the i7 by i.e. don't expect to be able to go to 4GHz without a great deal of work and/or luck. You could probably get there by slashing the timings/speed of the RAM but as you seem to be pretty RAM-dependant you probably won't want to do that. Just something to consider 'tis all.

As others have said, change the F2 for an F3 (perhaps also look at the deal for the 2TB HDD for sub £80! - you'll have to be quick though, limited availability), consider a more powerful/additional GPU, and also seriously consider making room in the budget for an SSD boot/main Apps drive.

Good spec there wont let you down or struggle with anything you can throw at it.

The only suggestions I have are A) Grab a larger PSU to save upgrading if you decide to add a second graphics card and B) Add an aftermarket cooler such as the Corsair H50-1 or the Prolimatech Megahalems with a couple of Sythe Gentle Typhoons, these will reduce temps allowing for a nice stable overclock of 4-4.2Ghz as well as reducing overall noise which is always nice.

Perhaps you should read this thread to get an idea of how difficult it is going to be to get that "nice stable overclock" - especially without sacrificing RAM speed/timings, which seem to be important to the OP's needs. Also, If I'm correct, the guy who started that thread has his CPU fully water-cooled. Therefore, to try and achieve it on air or an H50 is going to be a major challenge, if not impossible. I hope I'm proved wrong but I don't think I will be.
