All looks good.
Do you have windows 7? you need that to use the windows 8 upgrade disc as this time as far as I am aware it is just an upgrade not a full license. And if you are moving from windows 7 to 8 why!!?!?!?! I have hated my experience with windows 8 when it was briefly installed on a few of the university machines.
