Thinking about ditching the PC

Evening chaps,

I'm due to move soon and it's prompted me to evaluate my current gaming set-up.

At the moment I have a PS4 Slim (didn't see the point in Pro) and my PC (i5, GTX970 etc..) and I'm debating selling the PC, and getting an Xbox One (so I can keep playing Halo Wars, Gears and the other 'exclusives'.)

The reasoning for this... I'm not sure. I don't play my PS4 enough and the other day I sat down and played some Uncharted and I just enjoyed sitting on my sofa playing on my big TV. I know I could hook-up my PC to the TV but it's not really the same form-factor!

The ease of it as well is a big factor. I've had issues before with games and my PC being a pain (though it was my own fault...)

So, I guess I just want people opinion on the matter. Has anyone else ditched the PC and gone console only? (I know it's a stupid question to ask on a PC enthusiasts forum! :D )

Thanks for the input guys.

Pretty sure I'm going to be selling the PC and have a nice little 'gaming room' with a nice big TV and the Xbox One S and PS4 Slim connected too it (maybe a Switch...)

The hard part now is actually selling the PC!

I'd fork out for the pro if you're selling your rig and don't already have a PS4.

:D

Also, a 4K tv of the budget allows for that :p

I have a PS4 Slim. I debated the Pro but I had the PC at the time so saw that as my 'high-end' machine plus I didn't have the extra money to spend on it!

Lucky enough my dad gave me his old Alienware 14x which has a GT650M in it so I'll still be able to play some of the older games no problem.

I've put the PC up for sale here on OcUK so will see if it sells :)
