Thinking about getting a wii

I am considering adding a Wii next to my xbox 360...I love my 360 but it doesn't have any games like mario, that have cartoon graphics and are fun (So i would like a mix of competitive live gaming and just pure fun) I want one because of mario kart (its online) Is it worth it or am i being silly?

I've just bought one. I already have 2 PS3's but i thought what the hell. Atleast my nephews will love me for it

Spent £160 on the console which came with a component cable, 2 remotes, 1 nunchuck and a charging base with wii play and wii sports. Since then (today) i have gone abit wild and ordered Mario Karting (with wheel), an extra wheel, a classic controller, NFS, Mario galaxy and a glossy black skin.

So bring it on!!!!
