Thinking about going back to air cooling!

Ahh, FAH, pretty demanding from what ive heard,( ive thought about trying it). My main issue is gaming, oc'd 470's tend to run pretty hot, i keep them on a very modest clock of 751mhz on stock voltage, (mediocre for a 470 tbh), auto fan. Had them at 800/1600/1700 with a voltage bump for benching, have to use the fan at 70%, quite loud, auto fan is very quiet along with my ghetto cooling for the cards.

Yep, that bolt thru kit will work grand, though the one i got from ocuk was this one.

A different design from the old s775 x clamp variant, both are very good. The prolimatech brackets just have a fancy finish, well prolimatech as a company were made up of disgruntled thermalright employees lol.

Ah good, thought it would but always best to make sure though. Iv always used push pin stuff before i dabbled in water cooling lol.

Ah well now its just waiting to see which i get the bay True, or the VX new, depends on how the auction goes.

Cheers for the help setter, much appreciated.

No probs mate, when i maybe decide to go to watercooling, ill be asking you for advice lol. If i can get rid of my sli gpu bug that is, i never buy a single high end card, always dual cards at cheap prices, tight git tbh lol.

Haha i know what u mean, i always try and get stuff cheap, always waiting for offers and what not.

Was the only reason my cpu loop cost £100 instead of a lot more, got lucky when stuff was on offer.
