Thinking about tweaking my system

Okay so with the consoles coming out I was up for getting one but might wait six months now but having thought I was getting new kit i now want to 'scratch that itch' by getting something for my pc.

Current specs are

i5-3570K @ 4.5ghz using a Noctua NHU12P
HIS 7950 IceQ Boost Clock 3GB @ 1100/1300 (on a 24" HP2475w)
Gigabyte Z77-D3H mobo
Samsung 120GB SSD
Patriot Viper (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9
Corsair TX 750w psu
win 8.1

I don't need uber resolution just 1900x1200. I get pretty good performance now but is it worth considering an upgrade? and if so, what? More Ram, quicker Ram or something else? Or should I just leave for now?

Personally leave as is, your system is good enough.

I was wondering about 2 more screens to take me up to three, but I guess i need to think about new graphics cards if I wanted to do that. Do I need the same monitor (i.e. three the same) as my main monitor? I still really like my 2475 but its quite expensive so can't really afford three.
