Thinking about upgrades

Here are my current specs:

PC Specs:
i5 3570K
Gigabyte Z77-D3H
8GB DDR3 Corsair Vengeance Ram
2TB 7200RPM HDD
AMD 7850 OC
Corsair Bronze 600w PSU
NZXT Phantom 410

Well, with Next-Gen coming round the corner, I think I should start to upgrade. I built this PC last summer, and I would like to upgrade just a few components during this summer coming.

My PSU has started to whine recently :( It's not with every game, but with Planetside 2 I can hear it ringing from the bottom of my case, and I'm worried it will get worse. What are some good PSU's that will be able to power my rig, without, and are well built with a low chance of running into problems.

The second thing I was going to upgrade was my GPU. I'm really please with my current one and the performance it provides, but I'm not sure if it will be able to handle Next-Gen. I will probably wait till e3 when full specs are release, but people are saying the PS4 GPU is equivalent to a 660, so I think I might be on the borderline. So a quick questions, 1, how much could I sell my 7850 for, would it be possible to sell it? and secondly, when are the next series of card supposed to be released? A Nvidia 770 sounds like a good upgrade to me, but when will they be announced/released?

A decent SSD would give you the best performance boost for the ££

I would hold off upgrading GPU AMD 8000 series won't long be out and the 7850 is a good card.
