Thinking about upgrading my PSU..?

Hi all,
As shown in another post of mine, http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showthread.php?p=20429552 , I am thinking about upgrading my PSU as I want to buy the Sapphire HD6870 however people told me that my PSU is junk, and it is.

Would a "XFX P1-550S-XXB9 PRO550W Core Edition" be a good choice for that graphics card and just be a reliable and safe PSU on the whole?

How about a "Corsair CMPSU-650TXV2UK Enthusiast Series TX650 V2 High Performance 650W".
This got recommended by a couple of people who I know.
Is that PSU reliable and totally awesome?
