We all remember the wonderful summer from last year but i am sure many struggled to sleep at night. 
I do have a fan and used to have the window open with the fan blowing the hot air out buuuuuut that didn't work so good.
Can anyone spec me an air conditoning unit or something (max 250,not 100... i reckon) that will solve my problem before it's a problem?

Edit: So for an AC of say 250, any ideas?
