Considering the fact 4870's can be had for £100, im tempted to get another as a way of boosting my system, but i dont think my PSU is going to be up to scratch.
Asus P5Q-Pro
Q9550 @ 3.8
8GB DDR2
2x Samsung 1TB F3
1xDVD-RW
Antec 900 (6xcase fans)
PCI-Firewire Exp
Be Quiet 550W (older model from earlier last summer, now not sold iirc)
Ive ran the Antec calulator and it recommends 504W, which is pretty close to maximum.
What do you think? Im really tempted as it'll be far cheaper than buying a 5870 or similar. Res is 1650x1050 for my main monitor, but on occassion may be 1920x1080 if i use the TV (GTA etc).
