Thinking of buying this. What motherboard and ram should i buy with it?

Was thinking of purchasing this processor: https://www.overclockers.co.uk/amd-...z-socket-am3-processor-retail-cp-336-am.html# and was wondering if there are any suggestions on whether or not it is:

a) a good processor to begin with?
b) is there a good motherboard to pair it with?
c) ram?
d) power needed?
