Thinking of changing my case to R5 worth it?

Currently I got the carbide r300 windowed which I regret to be honest, the window wasn't necessary for me and the holes and the material just makes it so more noise is able to come out of the case.
The top ventilation area (I don't know if it's the case or whether mine is just damaged) has a little hump on the side.

Is it worth it to spend £80 odd to get the r5?
Would it make significant improvements in terms of noise as the case is designed to decrease noise.

The R5 is a great case and good step up from the 300R. You could also consider the Define S, H440, S340 and the Phantek cases.

The R5 would be a bit of a sidegrade from your current case very similar in layout and cooling ability.

Superglue some foam or something over the side panel fan grills ? maybe your fans and cpu cooler are the cuplits more than the case ? are all case fans mounted with rubber grommits ?

The material of the window has some fair bit to do with it too in my opinion.

I think R5 also has some better functionality and features with extra space and dampening material and covers for the top.

Meh, I might just get it as it would probably last me for new builds too in the future.

Even though transferring everything would be a pain
