Thinking of doing a custom loop.

As per my other thread I'm not happy with my Silent loop 360's performance with silent wings 3 fans... I was looking for a replacement but am thinking I may go for a custom loop.

Could someone help me with a spec so I've got an idea of what I'm looking at?

I've got a 9900k and am in the P600s case, am just looking for something simple that can be expanded in the future.

Just CPU for now, can't get blocks for my 1080ti new though would like to expand in the future.
