I am not really into building although I am told it is a lot cheaper and better anyway I have a i5 2500k but all the usb ports on the motherboard have died so I decided to get a PCIE usb card to see if that fixes it but I am also looking at a second PC and saw 2 Barebones on EBAY I dont really game and use the PC for Adobe CS6 mainly photoshop these are the 2.

1: AMD FX 8370E EIGHT CORE NO MEMORY NO HDD FULL BAREBONES 3.30GHz (4.30GHz Turbo)
Gigabyte 78LMT-USB3
2: INTEL i5 4690 4-CORE NO MEMORY NO HDD FULL BAREBONES 3.5GHz
Gigabyte GA-H81M-H Intel Socket 1150

I have a Corsair HX450W Modular I can change for the stock 500w that comes with either of these my question is which is the better choice 1 or 2, I see 1 scores a little higher in the cpu benchmarks but i also know pre-built are sometimes over priced each of the barebones are £250. I just want to know which is better for me and are the motherboards any good I can maybe pay a little extra for a different board.

Thanks for any advice.

Thanks I thought about replacing the motherboard with a better one but thought I was upgrading but after a lot of research it seems the i5 2500k is still liked.
