Thinking of getting a GTX 470.

Hello, I've been thinking about getting a Zotac GTX 470, but I'm a little bit concerned about the warranty.
As we all know the 470's get hot which I don't mind because they exhaust it out the case.
However, say for talking sake the card broke because the temps were too high,
would Zotac be able to deny me a replacement based on inappropriate working conditions?
The cooling in my case is okay but not as good as a HAF for example.
I have a Lian Li mid tower with one 140mm front intake fan, one 120mm front intake fan and one 120mm exhaust fan.
I think that should be enough but I thought I'd ask you experienced forum members for your thoughts on the matter. :)

Warranty will cover all of that.

Zotac have the best warranty i believe, you just need to register the card within a few weeks to get the 5YR extended warranty

Dont worry the 4 series NV cards are hot but are very manageable

Gaming at 60-70% fan speeds will be fine in a average case

the card won't break because of temps unless you take off the cooler

and it'll be fine, I'm running mine at 850MHz with an i7 @4GHz in an antec 300

Will be fine, I'll say again the heat issue is greatly over exaggerated, there has been plenty of hot running cards in the past - you've only got to look at the likes of the 8800GT, 4870 etc etc to realise that :)

Cheers for the replies. I can order with confidence, hopefully I'll have one by Tuesday.
I currently have a 4870 512mb so should be a nice boost in performance plus Dirt 2 in DX11.
