Thinking of getting a i5 2500K, need some advice

So I'm thinking of getting a i5 K CPU, but was a bit stumped when it came too mobo's, ram and coolers

I was thinking of getting the Asrock P67 Extreme 6 and 16GB of Kingston HyperX (since its pretty cheap at moment) but was wondering if theres better choices? (not too sure which cooler to get yet air or 1 simler to my ECO ALC)

Also is there anyway of installing all the new parts without having too re-intall Win7?

You could have a look at the Z68 board, one below:

This seems to getting good reviews and a fe members here are using it.

You could get away with not installing win 7 again, but I always like a clean install on a new system.

Well I'll probably pick up the Z68 board, any tips on a good cooler that will fit into a Antec 902?
