My specs are:

4GB RAM
Quad core 2.3
500wtt PSU
Vista

Any ideas? my budget is £100-150

Better pcb and parts, better cooling, usually overclocks better and looks cool. Resale value probably better as well. For the difference in price its well worth the extra.
