Thinking of getting another game.

Well i'm thinking of getting another game.

Maybe Half Life 2 or F.E.A.R not quite sure which one though.

i'v allready got:

CSS
Call of Duty 2
bf2
bf2142
FarCry
Oblivion.

If theres any other games anyone can recomend me please do.

What type and do you want a Single Player game (with a story line) or more of a multiplayer game?

Depends on the genre you want really. If you're strategy/tactics, then I couldn't recommend Medieval II: Total War enough

Yea I guss offline/single player. I'v got plenty of mutyplayer games.

So should I buy Half Life 2 boxed or from steampowered.com

I'm gussing box would be a better idea.

Download via Steam. No question about it. The game works through Steam anyway, so there's no benefit in buying the boxed version.

Condemned (6/5) (so good I gave it a six :O)
FarCry (4/5)
F.E.A.R (5/5)
F.E.A.R EP (5/5) *Not Completed*
Doom III (3/5)
Doom III: RoE (3/5)
Quake IV (5/5)
HL2 (4/5)
HL2, ep1 *not completed
Call of Cthulhu (2/5) - hard game, very challaging, never completed it.
Might and Magic VI: Mandate of Heaven (6/5) - Years old game, if you can get your hands on if from a pc game store, get it it'll cost about £4.99 (SOLD OUT make) I had a huge addiction on this game years back.
Soldier of Fortune (4/5) - old game too, but great worth giving the second a try.

All games are first person shooter type that I listed.

Definatley hl2, fear so was bad anything would be better.

HL2 is a much better all-round game, but F.E.A.R. is a great mindless blast with some superb shoot-outs. Go for HL2 tho

Half Life 2 for sure. Don't be afraid to wander off the shooters either. Company of Heroes is a great game. Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory can be picked up very cheaply now that Double Agent is out.

Ahh wow. I've not thought about that game in years

FEAR was far more enjoyable than Halflife2. Could they have made the guns in HL2 any less inspiring. They all felt like pea shooters.....
anyway, I digress.

FEAR is great, Farcry is great. HalfLife2 has some nice graphics.....

I like G.R.A.W myself well hard but rewarding and can be a little system hungey but once tweaked is ok and the patches are well up there now so a lot better than out the box.

Doom 3, get it. If you haven't played it buy it now. One of my favorite games, multiplayer isn't that great tbh, single player is.

The levels in fear all left the same, they were so dull, it was like playing the same level over and over again and the story was dire.
