I am seriously thinking of getting rid of the Gixxer.
Main reason being that I have bursitis in my right hip and at 6'4" it kills to ride it due to me being pretty cramped up. It's not that it's actually small either being an Srad model. I have had it now for 7 years and although it doesn't get used a lot, I used to enjoy getting it out for the odd trip to work and blasting around.
Unfortunately, when I now think about getting on it, I just think of the grief my hip will give me:o
I may not even get another bike due to these issues:(

yewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww GS yewwwwwwwwwwwwwwww

Quite fancy a Thruxton alongside the RC but me and mrs fell out big time over that :)

Try a different bike that puts the hip at a different angle. Adventure/tourer or even cruiser. There's more to biking than sports bikes.

This. Although I can't think of any cruisers that will suit you at your height. I sat on a 750 shadow the other week and it seemed a little short (I'm 6'1)

E: Maybe look at a rocket 3 or Vmax?

You could also try a naked bike, im 6'3 & had a yam XJR13 that was pretty much spot on for a lanky scrote.
