Thinking of goig to 50mb

They have started rolling out Traffic Management. To me it sounds as if it's already hit well over 50% of customers, regardless of receiving their upload upgrade.

It's PITA if you use rapidshare/usenet etc.. They limit you to a ridiculous 5Mb/s out of 50.

I wouldn't bother at the moment VM 50mb is all over the place for a lot of people.

5-12 pm = bad pings because they are throttling p2p in these hours.

The usenet limit is 10mb not 5 ? I still get 1100kb sec 5-12 pm.

I am considering downgrading as as far as I am concerned this connection is unusable for gaming 5-12 pm.

get be broadband 24meg unlimited and uncapped at all times plus it onlny cost 17:88 pm

Guessing he is on either 10 or 20mbit with VM so not sure why that would help.

Another vote for BE unlimited. Pulling 100gb per night recently, no let up in speed, pulling a consistent 14mbps down ;)

Damn HD content is so big but the quality is much better than normal divx's.

Vm is a lottery some people get great speeds and suffer no issues.
Personally 99% of the time i have gotten 50mb 1.5 upload but lately like the last few months gaming is laggy 5-12pm every single day.
