Thinking of going water

I'm a complete N00b with water cooling but the res's and tubing i've seen look so cool

any tips / kits for a serious water n00b ?

I would like to cool GPU and CPU

How noisy are the pumps ? atm i have a H50 and that is the loudest thing in my PC

Pumps are much louder than the H50 but IMO barely noticable.
