I need some help with overclocking...I understand it (kind of) but whenever I overclock something the system crashes (apart from the GPU: I overclocked it to 1000MHz but when I started playing a game it crashed - probably something to do with the fact that on idle the GPU core clock is 150MHz but is ran to it's full capable 900MHz when playing on a game.
