Thinking of Memory Upgrade

Hi,

I purchased the following set up coming up to 2 years in January 2012.

Gigabyte - GA-H55M-UD2H Motherboard
Intel Core i3 530 2.93GHz (Clarkdale) (Socket LGA1156)
Corsair 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 1600MHz/PC3-12800 XMS3

I am trying to upgrade the memory, but don't know which would be compatible with my motherboard.

I looked at the gigabytes website, they show old memories.

Would I have to stick with DDR3 PC3-12800?

I am using windows 7 ultimate 64bit.

The PC is generally used for playing games, like COD.

The Windows Experience Index score is giving my memory 5.9.
