Thinking of updating my Graphics Card eventually, need help on which I can go with.

The issues with mmos in general is that when they are lots of things going on at the same time (i.e. lots of players and lots of mobs), it's actually the CPU that's holding back the frame rate; with your Athlon II X4 3.00GHz, you will keep getting dips in frame rate down to 20fps and lower at world bosses, and having fast graphic card or reducing "graphic" settings won't help in situations such as these.

With that said, your GT620 is still your weakest link- upgrade your graphic card to 2nd hand HD7850 or new R7 265 first, then upgrade your CPU/platform to 2nd hand i5 K CPU with Z chipset motherboard and 8GB ram later.

Mm.. well I did take part in that marionette event a lot when it was on, on the busiest US server as well, was playing with a mix of low/medium, things like shadows and so on turned off, the FR was pretty good from vision (that's with my current set up too).

If I am on any world events, I would probably just turn stuff down for those really.

I'm mainly a solo player for most part.. I also play games like FFXIV on my PS4, I would mainly be working on crafting etc through my PC on that.

Also, thanks for the suggestions you are giving me, but I prefer to avoid second hand hardware plus I'll rather stick to Nvidia if I can help it and not change my CPU until I do decide to just build another PC.

Given your budget I wouldn't be in rush to replace the cpu just yet, those Athlon x4's will still serve you well for tme being and yes a new video card such as a 270x or gtx760 will net you much better performance increases then a newer cpu.
