Thinking of upgradeing.

Im currently useing a Samsung D500, but Im finding its lack of bluejacking ability (tends to be fun), awful internet usage and camera very annoying.
So Im looking around for a decent phone which doesnt have these bad points.

After a skim through of this forum I noticed the SPV M500, which looks to fill my needs, but I dont know what the camera is like and it also seems to be hard to find unlocked, as Im with O2 and wish to stay with O2.
Would I be better off looking for the I-Mate Jam, seeing as they are apparently the same.

The Mini S seems to suit my needs, the exec is too big and the atom too small

Ive been toying with a mini s for the past few days, good pda/phone combo, the pic below shows it in comparison with my hp rx3715 pda and my shiny nokia 8800
