Thinking of upgrading and need advice!

hey guys i currently have a 880gm-ud2h and 955 black edition. Was thinking about upgrading my 5870 to gtx 680 in the coming months so thinking i might as well upgrade my mobo and processor as well.

What would be the best thing to do stay with amd or go with intel? The 955 oc'ed to 4ghz has done a great job the past year running anything i throw at it. This has got me thinking would this last out another year and just upgrade the mobo to better one for ssd and gfx card?

So what do you thinking is it even worth it?

I would have thought it should be ok, after all, you have a fine overclock. If and when you do decide to push ahead for a new cpu and mobo, I would almost certainly go Intel, that is unless you can find an AMD Thuban model very cheap. Here's a useful comparison chart :
