Thinking of Upgrading Graphics Card

Hi all, not quite sure where to put this, sorry if it is in the wrong place.

I have been thinking of buying a Zoostorm 07877-0095 for schoolwork and playing some games, like minecraft, Rome 2, Sim City. Here is the link.

This seems like a real bargain of a computer but as there is no graphics card I was thinking of getting this Radeon one.

I am a complete newbie when it comes to computers but I'm pretty sure I need a bigger PSU like this one.

So I've never built a computer or modded one before but I have done quite a lot of research and was just wondering what you all thought and if I am able to play these games on relatively high settings.
