Thinking of upgrading memory, any advice?

2GB of Ram makes a lot of difference in gaming especially latest games & also any online gaming such as World of Warcraft etc etc, so in that respect it's worth it.

DDR Memory prices have gone through the roof, it's a pity you cannot access the "Members Market" for sale of 2nd hand items you usually get a good deal in there - need 250 posts before access. :(

Without breaking the rules & advising you on which places you can get a good deal, try using your common sense on where you can get items 2nd hand.

Other than that:- GeIL 2GB (2x1GB) PC3200 Value Dual Channel Kit CAS3 (GE2GB3200BDC) (MY-046-GL) (£164.49 Including VAT at 17.5%)

You can always sell your 1GB of ram to make up for costs, I'm sure you know where to sell that anyway & thats probally where your original question is.

Thanks Nelly.
With the release of Flight sim X, I think I might need the 2 gigs :)

That's exactly what I was considering getting, as it's about what I can afford.

Do you think it would run at 250MHz?

Thanks

Andy
