Thinking of upgrading mobo (And possibly other stuff) Suggestions?

Hey guys,

I have been getting quite frustrated with my motherboard lately, boot issues, problems OC'ing and also I am thinking of going Crossfire in the future, so would need to change anyway.

What would be your suggestions?

Motherboards are really my weak point, i honestly don't know much about them.

Also, would it be worth getting an e8600 over my current Q6600?

And one final thing, I think i may want to change Case as my current one is absolutely MAHOOOOOSIVE. I have a X-Clio A380, and it is rediculously large, which is a pain as I intend to go to a fair few lan's in the near future.

EDIT: Also want to get a newer Soundcard than my current Audigy 2 ZS, but i think i am pretty accurate in thinking the best route for that is the Asus Xonar.

have a look at the asus p45 p5q pro.

i'd stick with the q6600 if it was me.

yeah sound card wise go with the xonar.

case really depends on what you like, people that attend lans may be able to give you a better idea, could have a look at the antec 300 gaming for starters til someone else offers up something better.
