Thinking of upgrading to an Elite?

I have an Xbox 360 premium (no HDMI) from 2006 which has been repaired but currently resides in it's box as a backup and an Arcade I purchased in 2008 that has HDMI, I also have a 60GB HHD and the 20GB HDD from the premium.

What I want to work out is, is it worth me upgrading to the Elite SKU? I'd really like a 120gb HDD as the 60GB is just a bit small but retail on them is ridiculously high... The Elite is available for £159 at the moment, so if I sold one of my consoles, how much would I expect the upgrade to cost me?
 
Buy a bundle with recent titles, trade in games at CEX for cash and you will pay next to nothing, I think I paid £89 after trading in the games for my Elite 3 months ago, and that was a £239 bundle The old consoles are probably worth £40-£50 trade at CEX/GAME/Gamestation for cash.
 
May not be the most ideal solution for you but the special edition Final Fantasy 13 Xbox is White which would save you swapping all your accessories about. Looking like £229.99 for the elite, 250GB hdd and with two white pads. You could potentially trade in the game and the two pads if you don't need them.
