As above, what are you finding slow?

We can't tell you if it is a decent upgrade without knowing what is needed.

It'd also help if you use standard english, unnecessary and hard to read when you capitalise every word.

Just kinder want a new toy to play with really, will i feel the different between AMD Athlon 64 X2 5200 and Intel Core 2 Quad Pro Q6600.

But if think it really not worth upgrading yet and save money untill something come out, just say it. thanks

If the applications you use aren't coded to take advantage of multiple cores or you don't have at least 3 different programs running at any given time you probably won't notice a huge difference. I'd be inclined to suggest overclocking if all you want is for it to be a bit faster.
