Read through the water cooling gallery.

Think about this for a bit, the difficult part is working out where to put radiators and how many/what size you need. You haven't told us what you want to cool, what the budget is, or why. So we cannot help.

Though I will say that the antec 1200 would be a daft choice.

a budget of around 4-£500 the whole rig water cooled maybe not the GPUs and or why??? to cool me pc

Budget is sufficient, possibly excessive. So that much is good.

"To cool me pc" is not specific enough. Do you want quieter running, lower temperatures, a challenge, all three? Is the objective overclocking further, in which case are you really at the limits of air already?

Cooling the pc is normally a means to an end, it would be helpful to know what that end is.

I'm afraid I'm going to ask you to demonstrate that you've done some research into this yourself or I'm not going to bother listing components, it just won't work if you don't put any effort in. So, what can you tell us about watercooling so far?

In fairness to you the OP was not spec me, but which case would be best. The corsair is the better of the two but hardly ideal. The TJ07 is about as close to perfection as any watercooling case has got so far.

sorry i sould have been more specific i would like colder running so i can overclock as far as i can and i i think it looks cool like the icing on the cake :)
also having a look at the TJ07 and i like the look of it
