Yeah, they are fine. I used to use one on my LGCX as needed to raise it so a soundbar would fit underneath. Was on it for a year with no issues.

If you still did want a wall mount design, then look at Erard standit 400. Not the cheapest, but sits flush to the wall without actually wall mounting.
