Third Radeon 280x problems re-occur

Hi All,

I am on my third Gigabyte Radeon 280x and I am still getting driver crashes.

The first two RMA'd tested faulty and the third I had to underclock to get it to run. It ran for a while but now I am noticing the problem is happening again. No driver changes has been made and the clock is set in MSI afterburn. Sometimes this fails to apply at start up and the crash happens.

Is there anything else I can try to get it to stop crashing or do I have to RMA again? How are the latest drivers?

Brand new Superflower Golden Green 650W. This was purchased to see if it was my PSU failing and the problems still persisted.

Try running sfc /scannow in a command line prompt to check none of your system files are corrupt. Then use Display Driver Uninstaller in Safe Mode to ensure it's all clean. www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html
After that, reinstall the latest display drivers in normal mode and you should be good to go as long as the instability isn't due to another device.
