Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3R (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard

Corsair 2GB DDR2 XMS2-6400C4 TwinX (2x1GB)

I'd say so. There's probably a few options memory wise but I don't know the overclockability of other models and I've not tried pushing mine yet .

E2xxx series overclock well.

I have that board and memory with an e6750 and it works well together so i would say you would also get good results with an E2xxx series chip
