Hi guys, just seen this build for 345pounds and I'm wondering how well it'll perform in games and programmes such as BF3, modern games, photoshop, sony vegas,

AMD Bulldozer FX-4100 4.0GHz Quad Core CPU
8GB of 1333Mhz DDR3 RAM
1TB Hard Drive Storage Space
ATI Radeon HD 6670 2GB Graphics Card
Galaxy Gaming Case & 450W PSU
Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2P

Which component is going to let the PC down? Or could anyone post a similar budget build which would be better?

Budget is 350, I have a monitor, hdd, PSU, OS,mouse, keyboard and sound. I also have (2x2GB) Corsair DDR3 RAM which I could keep, though upgrading to 8GB would be nice :)

Thanks guys, here are my current specs, I suppose 1-2 components could be updated to achieve the same sort of upgrade? If so, which should I change for the most dramatic gaming performance...

AMD Athlon II x3 450
4GB(2X2GB) Corsair DDR3 RAM
ATI Radeon HD 5670
ASUS m4A78LT-M Mobo
500W PSU
Some cheap case
500GB SATA HDD

Your motherboard wont support any decent gaming CPU, it is limited to 95W processors.

That's kind of a bummer as a second hand 955BE with a cooler (True Spirit 120) would have been a decent, cheap option.

What's the make of your PSU? I would hazard a guess that it's not up to snuff, and will need changing with a new GPU.

Realistically, if you want real lasting improvements, you will need an extra £200. 3570K / 2500K, Z77-D3H, 8GB ram, HD7850, PSU, and maybe a case. Else you'll be spending your time upgrading components continually. The 3570K is an absolute beast, and the 7850 quite the bargain.

Depends if you can afford that. Else a second hand solution sounds about right.

955BE with motherboard, and a 560ti / HD6950, adding a decent PSU.

My PSU is the Corsair CX430, well spending £200 doesn't seem too bad, any second hand links you suggest?
