I have an Asrock Dual Sata2 mobo. It's has an integrated Realtek 850 7.1channel AC'97 audio codec. I have a 2.1 set up with the Logitech X-230.
Just wondering, i still have the sound card from my old rig, some crappy PC Line PCL-SC5100 i bought from Dixons ( i knew jack all about pc's back then
). Is it worth putting that card in? Will it be better then the onbaord sound...? I hope to buy an X-Fi soon but my money needs to go to other components first.
