Hello,
I know it is possible, because when a ''this computer'' who is placed in win 7 on desktop then upgraded to win 10 stays on desktop in win10.
I have no idea where to find this computers ''show on desktop'' option in windows 10, in 7 I'd just open start menu, rmb on ''computer'' and '''show on desktop''.
This created a non shortcut ( different menu when you rmb it, you can't go directly to computer properties from a shortcut) version of this pc on the desktop and it's the quickest way to get to device manager without typing ( just 3 clicks, rmb, lmb lmb).
Also, how do I make explorer default to ''my pc'' instead of quickstart ?
