Hi I am getting a lot of this content cannot be played in your country on video playing online. Mainly youtube. I have checked all settings in explorer and system but cant view certain vids. Its not even adult so don't start that lol. Any way I have even formatted PC and it still says it. It only started this month. Is it something new as it happens in all version of windows. 7 8 and 10 64bit.

Could be your ISP is allocating you an IP that doesn't have proper geolocation information or something.
