This fan any good?

Just ordered the 12cm version from the bay

Its the 1000 one and was wondering if its a good fan and what peoples views on it are?

It's a very good fan for it's price. It's quite and pushes a fair amount of air.

probably going to get a few of the 2000 variant for my radiator; on a fan controller... from what i've read they are pretty good.

Yep, they are good. I've got two of them on my PA120.2 and do a good job keeping my PC cool

Just got two of the 2000 rpm ones - surprisingly I find them to be a little niosy - but seem to work well. Have one at the front of the case as intake & one on the HSF.

Well they would be noisy at 2000 rpm

I just thought they may have been a little quieter than they are that's all - they are called silent eagle afterall.
