This is a little worrying....

Random thought, you could try leaving the side panel off, plug in a spare fan, hold it in your hand and blow it over the vrms / other things and see if the temps drop.

I usually do this by blowing on parts of the PC. Could even use a straw. Watch out for moisture though.
 
If it's still 80C right after a cold boot I would just ignore it, HWMonitor is probably just detecting something erroneous on the motherboard and applying a temperature to it.
