here it is. I just use the standard background but the icons are really nice.

how do you install them I downloaded them on to my usb stick but when I go to themes it says no themes found

It has to be in a certain folder PS3/THEME I think.
Easy way is use the PS3 web browser and when you lick on the .pt3 file it installs it.

Downloading with PC
1. Find the theme you want to download
2. click the download link
3. press “Save”
4. save to a SDCard or a USB Device
5a. make a folder in the Device or Card called “PS3″
5b. make a folder in the PS3 folder called “THEME” (ALL CAPS REQUIRED)
6. put the .pt3 file into the THEME folder
7. put into your ps3
8. go to themes
9. click install
10. click the memory card or USB device
11. Install and enjoy

That cell ones is quality, thanks.
I never could find a theme appealing, more so the fact that I love the wavy XMB default theme with that gradually animating. Going to a static theme just feels cheap and tacky.
I no longer use themes because of that. If people made or rather could make nice animated themes. That would be a different matter.
I would love to have seen a theme like the animation of the end credits of the film Click. It had cool wavy rings and such. Shame I can't find any videos of it on YouTube.
