A week ago Id just arrived back from Jerez in spain after filming this. Its taken a lot of late nights to come to this point but I hope you enjoy it as much as I did editing it:

We had 1 super-slow mo camera, and 5 hd cameras, and a massive jimmyjib arm.

I was Mr Go Pro on the day so had to run around attaching cameras to all the cars(3x 7's, one R500 and the SP300) and also off load all the material from various cameras onto hard drives.

Jenson came over to say hi and I got my pic taken with him :D

It sounded a bit rough going into the chicane a few times.

Can't be EBD, but the Renault engine could still be using some off throttle mapping of some sort.

Taggart, you were there, did it still 'fart' into corners?

yes it seems to be 'over running' a little.. i did mention it and just got a smile back. IIRC renault do it for cooling the valves.

Great video. Did you use HD Hero 2s? Any thoughts on them if so?

What was your dedicated slow mo cam? No post processing slow mo with Twixtor?

Just curious as I'm looking to put together a video from my upcoming snowboarding hol and thinking about picking up a Go Pro cam or maybe a Kodak Zi8. The bulk of the Go Pro puts me off.

no we used 1's shooting 1080p 25fps with spot metering on the centre. Id love a gopro2 esp for the 120fps. Slowmo was a photron camera, garage slowmo was an arri alexa shooting 120 and 60 fps(1080p)
