had an fx60 system slightly overclocked 200fsb>218fsb..

everything fine for 6 months then the whole pc cuts out dead while in use....

i take it apart..lay the mobo on the desk....nothing in but memory..graphics card and cpu plus heatsink....no power light on mobo....replace power supply with known working one..power light shows on mobo....when switched on graphics card and cpu fan spin for a split second then shut down..(by the way no post bleeps because dont have case speaker).....so i replace cpu with known working one..same thing..replace mobo for brand new one and same thing!!!!!! now as far a si know layed ouyt on the desk a woprking system will start with just memory and graphics cards and cpu right?...so if this was working the fans should stay spinning...i dont know what else could be the problem..

well....other than placing it flat on the table what else can i do?..im waiting on a case speaker before trying anything else....maybe the post beeps will help give me a clue
