do i need to upgrade yet? if so what do i need? and how much?

If you really want to you could get an aftermarket cpu cooler and overclock the cpu and get a cheap performance upgrade that way other than that your pc is totally fine and will keep going for a few years yet.

Ssd is another option

not much really, i don't do gaming anymore, only FIFA and football manager, so should i even bother?

For this I don't think you'd see any tangible difference with any upgrade except an SSD. It'll just make the PC boot faster and open your programs and games quicker. If you do go for an SSD there's just 2 things to do when installing. First make sure to plug it into a Sata III port, second make sure to set your Sata mode to AHCI before you install Windows.

A 128gb would probably suit.
This is a good one.
