This is strange.

It's not as good as the person on here that sent an 8800GTX back and got a GTX 280 .............. and then got them to swap his other, working, 8800GTX (SLi) for another GTX 280.

Wow! having read of their recent customer service excellence, I wondered! but that story really is the icing on the cake.

I usually buy PC components on price rather than a given brand (having owned various different ones) I can hand on heart say my next GFX card will be a BFG.

That is first rate customer support, I'd be a fool to go anywhere else.

Again, full marks to BFG - Now what should I change my 8800 GTS 320 for..... :D
