Because Sony seemed to forget that it takes time to make the parts for them - i am serious, it looks like it's partly due to a problem with the Blu-ray lasers not being available in sufficient quantities.

MS were I think pretty smart in using an optical drive that is standard and has the parts available by the hundreds of millions.

LOL yeah I laughed out loud at those bits...."PS3 utilizes this next gen hardware to bring you revolutionary games" (Or something like that) then switches to the game showing in-game weapon change LOL. I know its out of context but its still funny - its pretty obvious though they had absolutly nothing to show off really when they big up "in-game weapon change".

AND I don't remember any giant crabs in Japanese or Chinese History for that matter?
