Hi all, Ill explain what i want to do...

I have a Zyxel NSA-220 NAS drive attached to my router with the ability to setup an FTP server on it, I want to be able to access this over the internet and have the ability to upload/download files from it, Now i believe i have setup the FTP on the NAS drive and i can access the files over the local network but cannot do it over the internet, Is there a third party online app that i can use instead of having an FTP client installed on the computer i am using?

you need to confugre your router (if you have one) to forward FTP traffic to you NAS device

Then find out your external IP, by visiting..

http://whatismyip.org/

It will show up in the top left.


You should on any other pc be able to type in..

Once you've done that, email me through trust if you want someone to test it
