This keeps happening, IE8

This message keeps popping up, also IE8 keeps crashing, Chrome won't open.

Only recently (This week) done a format etc.

have you reset the browser? If you have scanned then are you running hardware at default settings no overclocks or anything? Windows 7 yes?

splwow64.exe isn't malware it's part of the OS, not sure what its used for mind. Could try a repair install of windows?
